2 cups granulated sugar

4 large eggs

1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract

3 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

½ teaspoon salt

1 cup whole milk

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a mini loaf pan (or use mini loaf liners) to prevent sticking.

    In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy, about 3-4 minutes using an electric mixer.

      Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Then, stir in the vanilla extract, ensuring it's fully incorporated.

        In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.

          Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with the whole milk. Start and end with the flour mixture, mixing until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.

            Pour the batter evenly into the prepared mini loaf pan, filling each well about ⅔ full.

              Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

                Remove from the oven and allow the mini loaves to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.

                  Once cooled, dust with powdered sugar if desired for a touch of sweetness and decoration.
