In a large bowl, combine the diced chicken, sliced zucchinis, red bell pepper, red onion, minced garlic, and halved cherry tomatoes.
Drizzle the olive oil over the mixture and sprinkle with the dried oregano, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss everything together until the vegetables and chicken are evenly coated with the oil and seasonings.
Spread the chicken and vegetable mixture evenly in a large baking dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
After 25 minutes, sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese over the top of the bake.
Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the zucchini is tender.
Once done, remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Garnish with fresh basil leaves for an extra burst of flavor.
