Ingredients

1 pound ground beef

1 pound pork sausage, casings removed

1 pound diced ham

1 medium onion, chopped

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes, drained

2 cups cooked pasta (penne or rigatoni)

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 tablespoon Italian seasoning

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

1/2 cup bread crumbs

2 tablespoons olive oil

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sautéing until the onion is translucent (about 3-4 minutes).

Add the ground beef and pork sausage to the skillet. Cook until browned and fully cooked, breaking it apart with a spatula (about 8-10 minutes). Drain any excess grease.

Stir in the diced ham and drained diced tomatoes. Add the Italian seasoning, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well and allow to simmer for 5 minutes.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta with the meat mixture, half of the mozzarella, and half of the cheddar cheese. Stir until everything is well incorporated.

Transfer the mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish. Top with the remaining mozzarella and cheddar cheese, followed by the bread crumbs for a crispy topping.

Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.

Once done, remove from the oven and let it cool for about 5 minutes. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
