1 ripe mango, peeled and diced

1 dragon fruit, peeled and cubed

4 cups water

1/2 cup fresh lemon juice (about 4-6 lemons)

1/3 cup honey or agave syrup (adjust to taste)

Ice cubes

Lemon slices and fresh mint for garnish

Instructions
 

In a blender, combine the diced mango and cubed dragon fruit. Blend until smooth.

    Strain the blended fruit mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a large pitcher to remove any pulp.

      In a separate bowl, mix the fresh lemon juice and honey/agave syrup until well combined.

        Add the lemon mixture to the pitcher with the mango and dragon fruit puree.

          Pour in the water and stir well until all ingredients are combined.

            Taste the lemonade and adjust sweetness by adding more honey/agave if desired.

              Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or serve immediately over ice.

                Pour the lemonade into glasses filled with ice cubes. Garnish each glass with a slice of lemon and a sprig of mint.
