Ingredients

2 lobster tails

1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped

1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs

1/4 cup cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper, to taste

2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Carefully cut the lobster tails in half lengthwise using kitchen shears, exposing the meat but keeping the shell intact. Gently lift the meat out and place it back on top of the shell for presentation.

In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped shrimp, panko breadcrumbs, cream cheese, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, chopped parsley, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly until well combined.

Add melted butter to the mixture and stir until everything is coated and mixed well.

Generously stuff the mixture into the lobster tail halves, pressing down gently to pack it in firmly.

Arrange the stuffed lobster tails on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for about 20-25 minutes or until the lobster meat is cooked through and the stuffing is golden brown and bubbling.

Remove from the oven and let it rest for a minute before serving.

                  Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 40 minutes | Servings: 2

                    - Presentation Tips: Serve the stuffed lobster tails on a beautiful platter, garnished with fresh parsley and lemon wedges for an elegant finish. Enjoy with a side salad or roasted vegetables for a complete meal.
