Ingredients
  

2 cups vanilla ice cream

1 cup whole milk

4 tablespoons Biscoff cookie spread

4 Lotus Biscoff cookies, crushed (plus extra for garnish)

Whipped cream (for topping)

Additional Biscoff cookie spread (for drizzling)

Chocolate syrup (optional, for drizzling)

A pinch of cinnamon (optional)

Instructions
 

In a blender, combine the vanilla ice cream, milk, and Biscoff cookie spread. Blend until smooth and creamy.

    Add the crushed Biscoff cookies to the blender and pulse a couple of times until just incorporated (you want some texture!).

      Take two tall glasses and drizzle Biscoff cookie spread along the insides of the glasses.

        Pour the freakshake mixture into the glasses, filling them to the top.

          Top each freakshake with a generous dollop of whipped cream.

            Drizzle some additional Biscoff cookie spread and chocolate syrup over the whipped cream.

              Finally, sprinkle the remaining crushed Biscoff cookies on top for an extra crunch and garnish with a pinch of cinnamon if desired.
