Ingredients

1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup pepperoni slices, chopped

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 package (2.5 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough

1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Marinara sauce, for dipping

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded mozzarella, chopped pepperoni, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined to create a cheesy filling.

Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles as indicated on the package.

Place a generous tablespoon of the cheese and pepperoni mixture at the wide end of each triangle.

Starting from the wide end, gently roll the dough over the filling, forming a puff. Pinch the ends to seal and place it on the prepared baking sheet, seam side down.

Brush the tops of each puff with the beaten egg for a golden finish and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed up.

Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving. Serve warm with marinara sauce on the side for dipping.
