Ingredients

2 pounds chicken wings

¼ cup olive oil

Zest of 2 lemons

¼ cup fresh lemon juice

2 teaspoons black pepper

2 teaspoons garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and salt. Whisk until well mixed to create a marinade.

Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss them thoroughly in the marinade, ensuring all wings are evenly coated.

Arrange the marinated wings in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake the wings in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, flipping them halfway through the cooking time to promote even crispiness.

Once the wings are golden and crispy, remove them from the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes.

Garnish the wings with chopped parsley before serving.
