1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces

2 tablespoons olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

Zest of 1 lemon

2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

In a large mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, lemon zest, fresh lemon juice, dried oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well to create a marinade.

    Add the chicken pieces to the bowl, ensuring they are evenly coated with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for deeper flavor.

      Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
