1 lb (450g) chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces

2 tablespoons olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon lemon zest

3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    In a large mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Whisk these ingredients together until well incorporated.
