Ingredients

1 package (16 oz) King's Hawaiian Sweet Rolls

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup sour cream

1/2 cup crushed pineapple (drained)

1 egg, beaten

1 tablespoon lemon juice

2 tablespoons melted butter

1 tablespoon cinnamon sugar (optional, for topping)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.

Add in the powdered sugar, vanilla extract, sour cream, crushed pineapple, beaten egg, and lemon juice. Mix until well combined and creamy.

Take the King's Hawaiian Sweet Rolls and slice the tops off to create a pocket. Place them in a greased baking dish, cut-side up.

Spoon the cheesecake mixture generously into each roll, filling them well.

Drizzle the melted butter over the filled rolls, then sprinkle with cinnamon sugar if desired.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and the topping is set.

Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving warm.
