Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup sour cream

1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

1/2 cup jalapeños, diced (fresh or pickled)

1/2 cup breadcrumbs (panko for extra crunch)

1/4 cup green onions, chopped

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sour cream. Mix them until smooth and well combined.

Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, diced jalapeños, chopped green onions, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and spread it evenly, smoothing the top with a spatula.

In a separate small bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with a drizzle of olive oil (about 1 tablespoon) to lightly coat them. This will give them a nice golden color when baked.

Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture evenly over the dip.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the dip is bubbly and the top is golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or sliced veggies for dipping.
