Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1/2 cup crumbled goat cheese

1/4 cup diced fresh jalapenos (seeds removed for less heat)

1/4 cup diced green onions

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon onion powder

1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/2 cup crispy bacon bits (cooked and crumbled)

1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (for coating)

Optional: crackers or veggies for serving

Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sharp cheddar cheese, goat cheese, jalapenos, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika.

Mix everything together with a spatula or an electric mixer until well combined and creamy.

Form the cheese mixture into a ball shape using your hands. Wrap it tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.

Once chilled, remove the cheese ball from the refrigerator and unwrap it. Roll it in the chopped nuts, pressing gently to ensure they adhere.

Place the cheese ball on a serving platter, and sprinkle the crispy bacon bits over the top.

Serve with an assortment of crackers and fresh vegetables for dipping.
