Ingredients

1 pound ground beef

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons minced garlic

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon salt

1 package (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough

2 tablespoons butter, melted (for brushing)

2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare the Meat Mixture: In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, shredded cheddar cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt. Mix until all ingredients are evenly combined.

Form the Bombs: Open the biscuit dough and separate it into individual biscuits. Flatten each biscuit into a small disc in the palm of your hand. Place about 1 ½ tablespoons of the meat mixture in the center of each disc.

Seal the Bombs: Carefully fold the dough over the filling, pinching the edges to seal completely. Make sure there are no openings for the filling to escape. Place the sealed bombs seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.

Brush with Butter: In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with a pinch of garlic powder (optional for extra flavor). Brush the tops of the cheeseburger bombs with the garlic butter mixture.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-18 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown and the cheese is melted inside.

Garnish and Serve: Once removed from the oven, allow them to cool for a couple of minutes. Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley for a touch of color and flavor.

                Prep Time: 15 mins | Total Time: 35 mins | Servings: 12

                  - Presentation Tips: Serve the Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs on a large platter, with a side of marinara sauce or ranch dressing for dipping. Enjoy!
