1 pound sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes

4 tablespoons unsalted butter

4 cloves of garlic, minced

1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped

1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 tablespoon olive oil

Optional: Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Prepare the Steak: Season the steak cubes generously with salt and pepper. Allow them to sit at room temperature for about 20 minutes.

    Heat the Skillet: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.

      Cook the Steak: Once the oil is hot, add the steak cubes in a single layer. Avoid overcrowding the pan. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side for medium-rare, adjusting time for preferred doneness. Remove steak bites from the skillet and set aside.

        Make the Garlic Butter: In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and add the butter. Once melted, add the minced garlic, rosemary, and thyme. Sauté for about 1-2 minutes until the garlic is fragrant but not browned.

          Combine: Return the steak bites to the skillet, tossing them in the garlic butter to coat thoroughly. Cook for an additional minute to ensure the steak is heated through and absorbs the garlic flavor.

            Serve: Transfer the steak bites to a serving platter. Drizzle with extra garlic butter from the skillet and sprinkle with fresh parsley if using.
