Ingredients

1 pound ground beef (or turkey)

1 cup breadcrumbs

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 egg

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce

3 cups water

12 ounces spaghetti

Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions

In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

Form the mixture into 12 equally-sized meatballs and set aside.

Pour the water into the Instant Pot and place the steamer rack inside. If you don't have a steamer rack, you can simply place the meatballs directly in the pot.

Carefully place the meatballs onto the steamer rack. Pour the marinara sauce over the meatballs.

Break the spaghetti in half and spread it over the meatballs. Gently push the spaghetti into the sauce.

Close the lid, ensure the valve is set to sealing, and select Manual or Pressure Cook on high pressure for 8 minutes.

Once the cooking time is complete, allow the Instant Pot to naturally release pressure for 5 minutes, then quickly release any remaining pressure.

Open the lid carefully. Stir the spaghetti and meatballs until they are well combined in the sauce.

Serve hot, garnished with fresh basil leaves on top.
