2 cups elbow macaroni

4 cups chicken or vegetable broth

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon mustard powder

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

1 cup cream cheese, cubed

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon olive oil

Optional toppings: crispy bacon bits, chopped chives, or breadcrumbs

Instructions
 

Pour the olive oil into the Instant Pot, then add the elbow macaroni. Stir to coat the pasta.

    Add the chicken or vegetable broth, garlic powder, onion powder, mustard powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to combine.

      Secure the lid on the Instant Pot and make sure the steam release valve is set to the sealing position.

        Set the Instant Pot to manual mode and cook on high pressure for 6 minutes.

          Once the cooking time is up, perform a quick release by carefully turning the steam release valve to venting.

            After the pressure has fully released, carefully remove the lid. Stir the pasta to break up any clumps.

              Add the cubed cream cheese, sharp cheddar, and Parmesan cheese to the pot. Stir until all the cheeses are melted and well combined.

                If desired, adjust seasoning to taste, adding more salt or pepper if needed.

                  Serve immediately, topped with crispy bacon bits, chopped chives, or breadcrumbs for an extra crunch.
