Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

6 slices of crispy bacon, chopped

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup cooked white rice

1/2 cup diced pickles

1/2 cup diced tomatoes

1/4 cup diced onions

1/4 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons ketchup

2 tablespoons mustard

4 large flour tortillas

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef. Season with salt and pepper. Once fully cooked, drain excess fat.

Stir in the chopped bacon and cook for an additional 2 minutes, allowing it to warm and mix with the beef.

In a separate bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard. Mix well to create a burger sauce.

Lay the flour tortillas flat on your working surface. Start by placing a generous portion of rice in the center of each tortilla.

Top the rice with the beef and bacon mixture, followed by the shredded cheese, diced pickles, tomatoes, and onions.

Drizzle the burger sauce over the entire filling.

Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll from the bottom up to form a burrito, ensuring it's tightly wrapped.

Heat a clean skillet over medium heat. Place the burrito seam-side down in the skillet and cook for about 2-3 minutes until the bottom is golden brown. Flip and repeat for the other side.

Remove from heat and let cool for a minute before slicing in half to reveal the deliciousness inside.
