Ingredients

1 cup fresh blueberries

2 cups brewed green tea (cooled)

1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice

1/4 cup honey or agave syrup (adjust for sweetness)

2 cups cold water

Ice cubes

Lemon slices and mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

In a medium saucepan, combine the fresh blueberries and 1 cup of water. Bring to a gentle simmer over medium heat.

Cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until the blueberries have softened and released their juices.

Remove from heat and strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve, pressing down on the berries to extract as much juice as possible. Discard the solids. You should have about 1/2 cup of blueberry juice.

In a large pitcher, combine the brewed green tea, lemon juice, honey or agave syrup, and the blueberry juice. Stir well until the honey is fully dissolved.

Add the remaining 1 cup of cold water to the mixture and stir again. Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more honey or agave.

Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

When ready to serve, fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the blueberry lemon tea over the ice.

Garnish each glass with a slice of lemon and a sprig of fresh mint.

                  Prep Time: 15 mins | Total Time: 45 mins | Servings: 4

                    - Presentation Tips: Serve in tall glasses with colorful straws for a fun touch, and consider adding a few whole blueberries as a float for added visual appeal.
