Ingredients

2 pounds chicken wings

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

4 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 cup unsalted butter

1/4 cup hot sauce (choose your favorite brand)

2 tablespoons truffle oil

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika. Toss until the wings are evenly coated.

Spread the wings in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.

While the wings are baking, prepare the sauce. In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter.

Once the butter is melted, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 2 minutes, until fragrant.

Stir in the hot sauce and truffle oil, mixing well to combine. Remove from heat and set aside.

Once the wings are done baking, remove them from the oven and place them in a clean large bowl.

Pour the hot sauce mixture over the wings and toss them thoroughly until they are well coated.

Add the grated Parmesan cheese to the wings, tossing again to ensure an even distribution of cheese.

Return the wings to the baking sheet and bake for an additional 5 minutes until the cheese is melted and slightly crispy.

Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh chopped parsley, and serve immediately.

                          - Presentation Tips: Serve the wings on a large platter lined with parchment paper, and provide toothpicks for easy handling. Add a small bowl of extra garlic sauce on the side for dipping and scatter a few parsley leaves on top for a fresh finish. Enjoy!
