Ingredients

1 cup mayonnaise

1/2 cup sour cream

2 tablespoons buttermilk

1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

1 garlic clove, minced

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon dried dill

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 cup hot honey (or honey mixed with a pinch of cayenne pepper)

Optional: extra hot sauce for additional heat

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, and buttermilk. Whisk until smooth and creamy.

Add the chopped chives, parsley, minced garlic, onion powder, dill, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir until all ingredients are well combined.

Slowly drizzle in the hot honey while mixing continuously. Adjust the amount of hot honey based on your heat preference.

Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. For an extra kick, add a few dashes of your favorite hot sauce.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.

Before serving, give the dressing a good stir and check the consistency. If it's too thick, add a splash of buttermilk to thin it out.
