1/2 cup cornstarch

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

For the Hot Honey Sauce:

1/4 cup honey

1 tablespoon hot sauce (adjust for spice preference)

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

For the Bowls:

2 cups cooked jasmine rice

1 cup steamed broccoli florets

1 cup shredded carrots

1/2 cup sliced radishes

1 avocado, sliced

Fresh cilantro, for garnish

Lime wedges, for serving

Instructions

Prepare the Chicken:

    - In a bowl, combine cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.

      - Dredge each chicken thigh in the cornstarch mixture, ensuring all sides are coated. Shake off excess.

        Cook the Chicken:

          - Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

            - Once the oil is hot, add the chicken thighs in a single layer. Cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.

              Make the Hot Honey Sauce:

                - In a small saucepan, combine honey, hot sauce, and apple cider vinegar. Stir over low heat until warmed and well mixed. Do not bring to a boil.

                  Assemble the Bowls:

                    - Divide the cooked jasmine rice among bowls.

                      - Top each bowl with sliced hot honey chicken, steamed broccoli, shredded carrots, and sliced radishes.

                        - Add avocado slices on top and drizzle with hot honey sauce.

                          Garnish and Serve:

                            - Sprinkle freshly chopped cilantro over the top.

                              - Serve with lime wedges on the side for an extra burst of flavor.
