Ingredients

2 cups frozen corn, thawed

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup sour cream

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled (about 8 slices)

1/2 cup diced green onions (scallions)

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper, to taste

Optional: Fresh cilantro or parsley, for garnish

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.

Add the shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

Fold in the thawed corn gently, ensuring it is well distributed throughout the mixture.

Transfer the mixture to a greased 9-inch baking dish or a similar-sized oven-safe vessel, spreading it out evenly.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is hot, bubbly, and golden on top.

Once done, remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Garnish with fresh cilantro or parsley if desired and serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or fresh vegetable dippers.
