In a small bowl, whisk together honey, Sriracha sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil until well combined.
Lower the heat to medium and add the cooked chicken back into the skillet. Pour the sauce over the chicken, tossing to coat the pieces evenly. Continue to cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly and adheres to the chicken.
Remove from heat. Transfer the glazed chicken bites to a serving platter and garnish with chopped green onions and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
