Ingredients

4 tilapia fillets

3 tablespoons honey

3 tablespoons Dijon mustard

1 cup panko breadcrumbs

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

2 tablespoons olive oil

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a small bowl, whisk together honey and Dijon mustard until smooth. Set aside.

In another bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

Brush each tilapia fillet with a generous layer of the honey mustard mixture, ensuring they are evenly coated.

Press the fillets into the breadcrumb mixture, coating both sides thoroughly.

Arrange the crusted tilapia fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle olive oil over the top of each fillet for added flavor and crispiness.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and the crust is golden brown. The internal temperature should reach 145°F (63°C).

Once cooked, remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.

Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges on the side for a zesty touch.
