Ingredients

4 salmon fillets (about 6 ounces each)

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

3 tablespoons honey

3 tablespoons fresh lime juice

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon lime zest

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh cilantro or parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter, honey, lime juice, minced garlic, lime zest, salt, and pepper until well combined.

Place the salmon fillets in the prepared baking dish, skin side down.

Pour the honey-lime garlic butter mixture evenly over the salmon fillets, ensuring they are well coated.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. Cooking times may vary depending on the thickness of your fillets.

Once baked, remove the salmon from the oven and let it rest for a couple of minutes. Use a spoon to drizzle any remaining garlic butter sauce from the baking dish over the fillets before serving.

Garnish with freshly chopped cilantro or parsley for a pop of color and freshness.

                Prep Time: 10 minutes | Total Time: 30 minutes | Servings: 4

                  - Presentation Tips: Serve the salmon on a plate with a side of steamed vegetables or a light salad. Drizzle extra honey-lime garlic butter sauce on top and garnish with lime wedges for an appealing presentation.
