1 lb (450g) boneless, skinless chicken thighs

1/2 cup honey

1/4 cup soy sauce

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger

1 teaspoon sesame oil

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Salt and pepper to taste

12 slider buns

1 cup coleslaw mix (cabbage and carrots)

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar (for coleslaw)

Fresh cilantro or parsley for garnish

Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, sesame oil, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper. Whisk until well blended. Add the chicken thighs to the marinade, cover, and let it marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes (or up to 2 hours for more flavor).

    Cook the Chicken: Preheat the grill or a skillet over medium-high heat.
