1 cup cooked chicken, shredded

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

1/2 cup pizza sauce

1/2 red bell pepper, diced

1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 package (1 lb) refrigerated pizza dough

1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Olive oil, for brushing

Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    Prepare the Filling: In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, pizza sauce, diced red bell pepper, red onion, and Italian seasoning. Mix well and season with salt and pepper to taste.

      Roll Out the Dough: On a lightly floured surface, roll out the refrigerated pizza dough into a rectangular shape about 1/4 inch thick.

        Cut the Dough: Using a pizza cutter or sharp knife, cut the dough into squares (approximately 4x4 inches).

          Fill the Dough: Place a tablespoon of the chicken filling in the center of each dough square.

            Seal the Rolls: Fold the corners of the dough over the filling to create a pocket and pinch the edges securely to seal.

              Brush and Bake: Place the filled rolls on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the tops with beaten egg for a golden finish and drizzle lightly with olive oil.

                Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed up.
