Ingredients

6 slices of deli ham

6 slices of your favorite cheese (e.g., cheddar, gouda, or swiss)

1 cup of crushed seasoned breadcrumbs

2 large eggs

2 tablespoons milk

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs

Olive oil spray for baking

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

On a clean surface, lay out each slice of ham. Place a slice of cheese on top of each ham slice.

Starting from one end, carefully roll each ham and cheese slice tightly into a pinwheel.

In a shallow bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.

In another shallow bowl, mix the crushed breadcrumbs with garlic powder and Italian herbs.

First, dip each ham and cheese roll in the egg mixture, allowing any excess to drip off.

Next, roll the coated pinwheel in the seasoned breadcrumbs, ensuring it's evenly coated.

Place the coated roll-ups seam side down on the prepared baking sheet. Lightly spray them with olive oil to help them crisp up.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes or until golden and crispy.

Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before serving.
