Ingredients

6 large buttery croissants, halved

8 oz sliced ham

8 oz shredded Swiss cheese

4 large eggs

1 cup milk

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with butter or cooking spray.

Place the bottom halves of the croissants into the greased baking dish, ensuring they cover the bottom evenly.

Layer the sliced ham over the croissants, followed by sprinkling half of the shredded Swiss cheese on top.

Place the top halves of the croissants over the ham and cheese layers to create a sandwich effect.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until fully combined.

Carefully pour the egg mixture evenly over the croissant layers, ensuring all croissants are soaked.

Top the bake with the remaining Swiss cheese.

Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.

After 25 minutes, remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden, and the croissants are set.

Once baked, let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

                      Prep Time: 15 mins | Total Time: 50 mins | Servings: 6

                        - Presentation Tips: Serve warm accompanied by a fresh green salad or fruit for a balanced brunch. You can also sprinkle some extra parsley or chives on top for added color!
