Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

4 sliced American cheese (or cheese of choice)

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup shredded lettuce

1 medium tomato, diced

1/4 cup pickles, sliced

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

Cooking spray or olive oil for grilling

Instructions

Prepare the Beef Mixture: In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

Cook the Beef: Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat and lightly spray with cooking spray or drizzle with olive oil.

Form Patties: Divide the beef mixture into four equal portions and shape them into patties. Make a slight indentation in the center of each patty to prevent them from puffing up while cooking.

Grill the Patties: Place the patties on the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness. In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheese on each patty to melt.

Assemble the Wraps: On each flour tortilla, spread a thin layer of mayonnaise and Dijon mustard. Layer shredded lettuce, cooked patties with melted cheese, diced tomatoes, and pickles.

Roll the Wraps: Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it tightly from the bottom upwards to form a wrap.

Grill the Wraps: Wipe the skillet clean and return it to medium heat. Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet. Grill for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy, pressing gently with a spatula to help seal.

Serve and Enjoy: Remove from the skillet, slice in half, and enjoy warm with your favorite dipping sauce!

                  Prep Time: 15 mins | Total Time: 30 mins | Servings: 4

                    - Presentation Tips: Cut the wraps diagonally and arrange them on a colorful plate. Serve with a side of dipping sauce, such as ketchup or barbecue sauce, and garnish with a sprig of fresh parsley for a pop of color.
