Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

6 whole wheat tortillas

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup lettuce, shredded

1 tomato, diced

¼ cup pickles, sliced

½ cup ketchup

½ cup mustard

Olive oil for grilling

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well to ensure spices are evenly distributed.

Preheat a non-stick skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat, adding a splash of olive oil.

Form the beef mixture into 6 patties, about the size of your tortillas. Place them on the hot skillet/pan and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and browned. Top each patty with cheddar cheese during the last minute of cooking to melt.

While the patties are cooking, warm the tortillas in a separate pan or microwave for a few seconds until they are pliable.

Assemble the wraps: Lay a warm tortilla flat, place a cheeseburger patty in the center, and layer with shredded lettuce, diced tomato, and pickles. Drizzle ketchup and mustard over the top.

Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll tightly from the bottom up to form a wrap.

Return the wraps to the hot skillet, seam side down, and grill for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.

Remove from heat, slice each wrap in half diagonally, and serve immediately.

                  Prep Time: 15 min | Total Time: 30 min | Servings: 6

                    - Presentation Tips: Serve the wraps on a wooden board with extra pickles and sauce on the side for dipping. Garnish with fresh herbs or a sprinkle of sesame seeds for added flair!
