2 cups seedless grapes (red and green)

1 cup mini marshmallows

1 cup Greek yogurt (vanilla flavored)

1/2 cup chopped pecans (or walnuts)

1/4 cup honey

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Grapes: Rinse the seedless grapes under cold water and drain well. If desired, you can cut the grapes in half for easier eating.

    Mix the Salad Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey, lemon juice, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Whisk together until smooth and creamy.

      Combine Ingredients: Add the rinsed grapes, mini marshmallows, and chopped pecans/walnuts to the yogurt mixture. Gently fold all the ingredients together until the grapes are well coated with the yogurt dressing.

        Chill: Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a lid and place it in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. This allows the flavors to meld together.
