Ingredients

3 cans (16 oz each) refrigerated biscuit dough

8 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup unsalted butter, melted

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 teaspoons Italian seasoning

1 teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon black pepper

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt pan with non-stick cooking spray.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until well mixed.

Open the cans of biscuit dough and cut each biscuit into quarters.

In a separate bowl, toss the biscuit pieces with the melted butter mixture until they are well coated.

Add half of the grated Parmesan cheese to the coated biscuit pieces and toss again to incorporate.

Layer half of the biscuit pieces in the bottom of the greased bundt pan, then sprinkle half of the remaining Parmesan cheese on top.

Add the remaining biscuit pieces on top and finish with the leftover Parmesan cheese.

Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Let the monkey bread cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then carefully invert it onto a serving platter.

Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and more melted butter, if desired.

                      Pull apart and enjoy warm!
