Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup breadcrumbs

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8-count)

4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare the Meat Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, shredded cheddar cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

Shape the Filling: With your hands, take small portions of the meat mixture (about 1 tablespoon each) and roll them into balls. Place them on a plate and set aside.

Prepare the Biscuit Dough: Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Flatten each biscuit into a circle, about 4 inches wide.

Assemble the Bombs: Place a meatball in the center of each flattened biscuit. Pull the edges of the biscuit up and around the meatball, pinching the dough together to seal it tightly. Make sure there are no openings.

Brush with Butter: Arrange the sealed cheeseburger bombs on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the tops with melted butter for extra flavor and a golden-brown finish.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the biscuit dough is golden brown and the meat is fully cooked.

Garnish and Serve: Once baked, remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 35 minutes | Servings: 8 bombs
