Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp black pepper

1 tsp salt

1 package refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)

2 tbsp butter, melted

1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

1 clove garlic, minced

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

Open the package of biscuit dough and separate each biscuit. Flatten each biscuit into a circle about 4 inches in diameter.

Place a spoonful of the cheeseburger filling in the center of each biscuit circle (about 1-2 tablespoons).

Fold the edges of the biscuit over the filling, pinching to seal it completely. Be sure there are no openings to prevent the filling from leaking.

Arrange the filled and sealed biscuit bombs on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them out evenly.

In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with the minced garlic and chopped parsley. Brush this mixture generously over the tops of the biscuit bombs.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and cooked through.

Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before serving.

                    Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 35 minutes | Servings: 8
