Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

½ cup cream cheese, softened

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 tablespoon onion powder

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

1 can (16 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Optional: ¼ cup pickles, diced

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.

In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, shredded cheddar cheese, cream cheese, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until fully combined.

Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles as per the package instructions.

Take a tablespoon of the beef mixture and place it in the center of each triangle. If desired, add a few diced pickles on top for an extra burst of flavor.

Gently fold the corners of the triangle over the filling to enclose it completely, pinching the seams to ensure there are no openings.

Place the formed bombs seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.

Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the tops of the bombs for added flavor.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the dough is golden brown and fully cooked.

Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.

Garnish with chopped parsley for a fresh touch.

Prep Time: 15 mins | Total Time: 35 mins | Servings: 12 bombs
