Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 package refrigerated biscuit dough (about 8 biscuits)

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons melted butter

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Optional: Sliced pickles or jalapeños for serving

Instructions

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Cook Ground Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula. Drain any excess grease.

Mix Filling: In a large bowl, combine the cooked beef, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, minced garlic, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

Prepare Biscuits: On a lightly floured surface, gently flatten each biscuit from the package into a round shape.

Fill Bombs: Place about 1-2 tablespoons of the cheeseburger filling in the center of each flattened biscuit. Carefully fold the biscuit dough over the filling and pinch at the seams to seal completely.

Place on Baking Sheet: Position the sealed biscuit bombs seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.

Coat with Butter & Parmesan: In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with the grated Parmesan cheese. Brush this mixture generously over the tops of the biscuit bombs.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-18 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and puffed up.

Garnish & Serve: Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley. Serve warm with sliced pickles or jalapeños on the side, if desired.
