Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Make the Beef Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until all the ingredients are incorporated.

Add Cheese: Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese and half of the grated Parmesan cheese into the beef mixture until evenly distributed.

Prepare Biscuit Dough: Open the can of biscuit dough and separate it into individual biscuits. Flatten each biscuit into a circle, about 3 inches in diameter.

Fill the Bombs: Place a generous tablespoon of the beef mixture in the center of each flattened biscuit. Pinch the edges of the biscuit together to seal the filling inside and shape it into a ball.

Coat with Butter: Place the filled bombs seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the tops of each bomb with melted butter and sprinkle with the remaining grated Parmesan cheese.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, or until the bombs are golden brown and the beef is cooked through.

Garnish and Serve: Once done baking, remove from the oven and let them cool for a couple of minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Prep Time: 15 min | Total Time: 35 min | Servings: 12 bombs
