Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup garlic butter (melted)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough

Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Use your hands to mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.

Open the can of crescent roll dough and separate it into individual triangles. Flatten each triangle slightly with your hand.

Place a generous tablespoon of the beef mixture at the wide end of each triangle.

Roll the crescent dough over the beef mixture, starting from the wide end and tucking the points in to fully enclose the filling. Ensure there are no openings for the filling to escape.

Place the stuffed crescents seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.

Brush the tops of the cheeseburger bombs with the melted garlic butter, ensuring each one is coated.

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.

Remove from the oven and let cool for a couple of minutes before serving.

Optionally, sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley for extra flavor and color.
