Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Salt and pepper to taste

1 package refrigerated biscuit dough (8 large biscuits)

2 tablespoons melted butter

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Optional: additional garlic powder and Parmesan for sprinkling on top

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, shredded cheddar, grated Parmesan, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are evenly distributed.

Open the package of biscuit dough and separate it into individual biscuits.

Take one biscuit and flatten it slightly in the palm of your hand or on a lightly floured surface. Place a generous tablespoon of the meat and cheese mixture in the center.

Gather the edges of the biscuit dough around the filling, pinching to seal tightly. Roll into a ball and place it seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Repeat with the remaining biscuits and filling, ensuring they’re spaced adequately on the baking sheet.

Brush the tops of the biscuit bombs with melted butter and sprinkle with additional garlic powder and Parmesan cheese, if desired.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the biscuit is golden brown and cooked through.

Once done, remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley.

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 40 minutes | Servings: 8 bombs
