Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough

1/4 cup melted butter

2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Optional: 1/4 cup diced pickles or jalapeños for added flavor

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare the Burger Filling: In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. If you like a bit of tang, mix in diced pickles or jalapeños. Use your hands to thoroughly combine the mixture.

Prepare the Biscuit Dough: Open the can of refrigerated biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Flatten each biscuit slightly in the palm of your hand to create a small circle.

Assemble the Bombs: Take about 1 tablespoon of the beef mixture and place it in the center of each flattened biscuit. Carefully fold and pinch the sides together, sealing the filling inside, and shape it into a ball.

Brush with Butter: Once all the bombs are assembled, place them seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Brush each bomb generously with melted butter.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.

Garnish: Once out of the oven, sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley for a burst of color and flavor.

Serve: Let the Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs cool for a few minutes before serving. They can be enjoyed as is, or paired with your favorite dipping sauce like ranch or marinara.
