Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

½ cup cooked bacon, chopped

½ cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Salt and pepper to taste

1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough

2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, chopped bacon, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

Open the can of biscuit dough and separate it into individual biscuits. Flatten each biscuit into a round disc.

Place a generous tablespoon of the beef and cheese mixture in the center of each disc.

Carefully fold the edges of the biscuit over the filling and pinch to seal it, ensuring that the meat is fully enclosed.

Place the sealed biscuits seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.

Brush melted butter over each biscuit and sprinkle lightly with additional Parmesan cheese.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and cooked through.

Remove from the oven and allow to cool for a few minutes before garnishing with fresh parsley.

                    Prep Time: 15 min | Total Time: 35 min | Servings: 8
