Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup cooked bacon, chopped

1 tablespoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Salt and pepper to taste

1 package refrigerated biscuit dough (8 count)

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Olive oil for brushing

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking sheet with cooking spray or line it with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, chopped bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.

On a clean surface, open the package of biscuit dough and separate the dough into individual pieces. Flatten each biscuit to about 1/4 inch thick.

Place a generous tablespoon of the beef and cheese mixture in the center of each flattened biscuit.

Carefully fold the edges of the biscuit over the filling and pinch them together to seal, forming a ball. Ensure no filling is exposed.

Arrange the sealed bomb on the prepared baking sheet, seam side down.

In a small bowl, combine the grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley. Sprinkle this mixture over each of the biscuit bombs.

Brush the tops lightly with olive oil to get a beautiful golden color while baking.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the biscuit bombs are fully golden brown and cooked through.

Allow to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy these cheesy, savory delights!
