Ingredients

2 lobster tails

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

4 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons unsalted butter

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and black pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions

Prepare the Lobster Tails: Using kitchen scissors, carefully cut down the top of each lobster tail shell to expose the meat. Gently pull the meat upwards and out slightly while keeping it attached at the base. This helps it cook evenly and allows for a beautiful presentation.

Cook the Lobster Tails: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Carefully add the lobster tails, cover, and cook for about 6-8 minutes, or until the meat turns opaque. Remove the tails and set them aside to cool slightly, then brush them with a bit of melted butter and season lightly with salt and pepper.

Make the Alfredo Sauce: In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the 2 tablespoons of butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, or until fragrant. Be careful not to burn the garlic.

Create the Sauce: Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer, stirring occasionally. Gradually whisk in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Add the Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to taste. Allow the sauce to simmer for a few minutes until it thickens slightly.

Combine Lobster and Sauce: Place the cooked lobster tails in the saucepan with the Alfredo sauce, spooning some sauce over the lobster meat to fully coat it. Let them simmer in the sauce for an additional 1-2 minutes to absorb the flavors.

Serve: Carefully transfer the lobster tails to a serving dish. Pour any remaining Alfredo sauce over the tails, then garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges on the side.

Optional Presentation Tips: Serve the lobster tails on a white plate to enhance the color of the dish. Add a sprinkle of extra Parmesan and a few lemon slices around for an elegant touch.
