Ingredients

1 lb pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)

3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

4 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Salt to taste

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

On a lightly floured surface, divide the pizza dough into 12 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a 6-inch rope.

Knot each rope by tying it into a loose knot or twists, and place them on the prepared baking sheet.

In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, dried oregano, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes (if using).

Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over each dough knot, ensuring they are well-coated.

Sprinkle with a pinch of salt to enhance the flavor.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the knots are golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving. Drizzle with any remaining garlic butter mixture for extra flavor.
