2 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless

4 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon lemon juice

4 whole wheat tortillas

1 cup fresh spinach or mixed greens

1 avocado, sliced

1 medium tomato, diced

½ cup Greek yogurt or tzatziki sauce

Fresh herbs (parsley or cilantro) for garnish

Marinate the Chicken: In a medium bowl, combine the minced garlic, olive oil, paprika, salt, pepper, oregano, and lemon juice. Add the chicken breasts to the marinade and let them sit for at least 30 minutes (up to overnight in the fridge for best flavor).

    Cook the Chicken: Preheat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade and place it on the heated pan. Cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the chicken is cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F). Once cooked, let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing it into thin strips.

      Assemble the Wraps: Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread a spoonful of Greek yogurt or tzatziki sauce in the center. Place a handful of fresh spinach or mixed greens, followed by sliced avocado, diced tomato, and a generous portion of sliced garlic chicken on top.

        Wrap It Up: Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and then roll it up from the bottom to create a tight wrap. Repeat with the remaining tortillas.
