Ingredients

8 oz thick egg noodles

1 lb sirloin steak, sliced into thin strips

4 tablespoons unsalted butter

5 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon oyster sauce

1 teaspoon sesame oil

1 cup broccoli florets

1 red bell pepper, sliced

2 green onions, chopped

Salt and black pepper to taste

Sriracha or chili flakes for spice (optional)

Instructions

Cook the Noodles: Begin by boiling a large pot of salted water. Add the egg noodles and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Prepare the Steak: Season the sliced sirloin steak with salt and pepper. In a large pan or skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat. Once melted, add the steak strips in a single layer and sear for about 2-3 minutes on each side until browned and cooked to your liking. Remove the steak from the pan and set aside.

Sauté the Vegetables: In the same pan, add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter. Once melted, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Add in the broccoli florets and sliced red bell pepper, cooking for about 3-4 minutes until slightly tender yet crisp.

Combine Ingredients: Return the cooked steak to the pan with the vegetables. Pour in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil, stirring everything together to coat the ingredients evenly.

Add the Noodles: Toss the cooked noodles into the pan, mixing well with the steak and vegetables. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, letting the flavors meld together. If desired, add a dash of Sriracha or sprinkle chili flakes for some heat.

Finish and Serve: Remove from heat and stir in the chopped green onions for freshness. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if needed.

              Prep Time: 10 min | Total Time: 30 min | Servings: 4

                - Presentation Tips: Plate the noodles in a large shallow bowl, garnished with sliced green onions on top and a drizzle of additional melted butter if desired. Enjoy with lime wedges on the side for a zesty kick!
