In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
Once melted, add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes to the skillet. Sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to burn the garlic.
Increase the heat slightly and add the shrimp to the skillet. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on one side until they start turning pink.
Flip the shrimp over and add the lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the shrimp are fully cooked and opaque.
Remove the skillet from heat and stir in the fresh parsley.
Serve immediately, garnished with additional parsley and lemon wedges on the side.

Adjust red pepper flakes to taste for desired spiciness.
