Ingredients

4 lobster tails

1/2 cup unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

1 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon chili flakes (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Begin by preheating your oven to 425°F (220°C).

Prepare the Lobster Tails: Using kitchen scissors, carefully cut the top shell of the lobster tail down the center, stopping at the tail. Gently pry open the shell and pull the flesh out slightly, resting it on top of the shell.

Make Garlic Butter: In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter. Once melted, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Stir in the lemon juice, paprika, chili flakes, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat.

Baste the Lobster: Place the prepared lobster tails in a baking dish. Generously brush the garlic butter mixture over the lobster flesh, ensuring it seeps into any crevices. Reserve some butter for basting later.

Bake the Lobster: Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for about 12-15 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 140°F (60°C)). Baste with reserved garlic butter halfway through cooking.

Garnish and Serve: Once done, remove the lobster tails from the oven, and sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley. Serve hot with lemon wedges on the side for an extra zing.
